Under Slovak law, companies that do not employ the required share of people with disabilities can meet this obligation through “alternative fulfilment” – by placing an order with a registered social enterprise or a sheltered workshop. This costs less than the mandatory levy and supports the employment of people with disabilities.
Servis JK s.r.o. has been a registered integration social enterprise since 20 April 2021 (No. 367/2021_RSP). All our services – including accommodation for your employees and business partners – count towards alternative fulfilment.
How much you save (2023 figures)
- 20–46 employees (obligation to employ 1 person with a disability): mandatory levy €1,540, alternative fulfilment €1,369 – save up to €171.
- 47–78 employees (2 persons with a disability): mandatory levy €3,080, alternative fulfilment €2,738 – save up to €342.
- 79 or more employees: get in touch and we will calculate the amount of alternative fulfilment for you.
The levy for not meeting the mandatory share is due by 31 March of the following year. With alternative fulfilment you also receive services or goods that you actually need.
