We aim to provide comfortable, high-quality accommodation. We therefore kindly ask you to be considerate during your stay and to follow these house rules.
- Please behave in a way that does not endanger the guesthouse’s property or other guests.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am, and we check that they are respected.
- Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. You may only smoke outside in front of the guesthouse or on the terrace.
- Visitors are not allowed in the rooms. Visits are only possible by arrangement with staff.
- Cookers, heaters and similar appliances must not be used in the rooms.
- Please do not take bikes, skis, scooters or oversized items to your room – staff will put them in the storage room for you.
- Please register any pet at reception on arrival.
- Check-out is always by 10 am, without exception.
- Please order breakfast by 8 pm the day before.
- Please report any fault or missing equipment as soon as you notice it.
- If you would like your room cleaned, use the cleaning card in your room.
- If you have any question or complaint, please contact reception straight away – we are happy to help.
These house rules are binding. If they are broken, we will ask you to end your stay without a refund.
Reception is open daily from 2 pm to 9 pm.
